Add the water, the sugar and the yeast in a mixing bowl. Stir and let sit for about 5 minutes.
Add all the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and knead it for at least 5-7 minutes. You will see that the dough is very smooth. Cover with a dish towel and let sit in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size.
