Homemade Pumpkin Spice Creamer
Description
This easy homemade pumpkin spice creamer is made with half and half, real pumpkin, maple syrup, and warm fall spices. Ready in about 10 minutes.

Whisk: In a small saucepan, whisk together the half and half, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice (and condensed milk, if using) until no pumpkin streaks remain.

Heat: Cook over medium heat, whisking often, until the creamer starts to steam.

Gentle boil: Raise the heat just until it reaches a gentle boil, then lower the heat to low right away.

Simmer: Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, whisking the whole time.

Add vanilla: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Cool and store: Let cool for 5 minutes, then pour into a jar with a lid. Refrigerate for up to 1 week. Shake before each use.
