  1. Add the water, the sugar and the yeast in a mixing bowl. Stir and let sit for about 5 minutes.

  1. Add all the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and knead it for at least 5-7 minutes. You will see that the dough is very smooth. Cover with a dish towel and let sit in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size.

  1. Take it out of the bowl and form it into a log. Spray the bread pan with butter spray and set the log into it. Cover with dish towel again and let sit for another 30 minutes so it can grow.
    Pre-Heat oven to 350°F.
