Preheat oven to 375°F.
Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Mix it together with a spatula or wooden spoon.
When you have a shaggy dough, dump it on the counter and knead the rest by hand.

Once the dough is smooth and well together, cut it in 4 equal pieces.
Roll them into a ball.
Then roll them into ropes and connect the ends.

Lay each one on a parchment paper layered baking sheet.
Mix the egg with the water in a small bowl and brush the egg mixture
on each bagel. Top with your favorite topping.

Put it in the oven and bake them for at least 20-25 minutes.
Once finished let them cool down a bit.
